New Hampshire Adjuncts Win Their Place at the Bargaining Table #default

I support our adjunctsOn February 11th, the ballots were counted and New Hampshire Community College adjuncts won their union and membership in SEA/SEIU Local 1984. Now they have the voice they need to improve their jobs and the quality of higher education in New Hampshire.

"Whether it's winning better pay, health insurance or improving our general working conditions, we can do all of these things by standing together in SEA", said Craig Cushing--an adjunct professor at NHTI.

Adjuncts who have taught at least 5 semesters over the last 5 years are eligible to join, and the negotiating teams is currently gearing up to push for the improvements that these educators have long sought after.
