1)  You have the right to vote if you are in line when the polls close at 7 p.m., or at any other time between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.  [Ga. Code Ann. §§ 21-2-403, 413(g)]

2)  If you are registered to vote, you have the right to sign your name and vote even if you do not have your voter registration card or a photo ID with you.  [§ 21-2-417]

3)  If you cannot read, or are disabled, you have the right to request special assistance with voting from anyone other than your employer, an agent of your employer, or an officer or agent of your union.  [§ 21-2-409(b)(1)]

4)  If you are 75 or older or if you are physically disabled, you have the right to vote without waiting in line between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  [§ 21-2-409.1]

5)  If you moved to a different county by October 7, 2002 or if you moved within the same county in which you are registered to vote, you have the right to vote in your old precinct.  [§§ 21-2-218(c),(d)]

6)  If you make a mistake or “spoil” your ballot and have not cast the ballot, you have the right to receive a replacement ballot.  [§ 21-2-470(c)]

7)  No one is allowed to try to influence your vote within 150 feet of the polling place.  [§ 21-2-414]

8)  If you have been convicted of a crime, but have completed your sentence, including any period of probation or parole, you have the right to vote.  [§ 21-2-216(b)]

9)  You have the right to bring children under the age of eighteen into the voting with you.  [§ 21-2-413(f)]

10)  Your employer may be required to give you up to two hours off so that you can vote on Election Day.  [§ 21-2-404]
