If you're a member of SEIU, the Nurse Alliance of SEIU Flight Team will give you the chance to be an active part of the national movement to unite nurses and improve our profession.

The Nurse Alliance Flight Team is made up of professionals like you--nurses who know the benefits of joining together to form a union and who are dedicated to improving our profession and the quality of care for our patients.

As a member of the Flight Team, you'll gain the skills and knowledge it takes to help nurses form a union and build a bigger, stronger Nurse Alliance.
. . . and as much (or as little) time as you have to spare.
You can decide for yourself how much of a commitment to make to the Flight Team--whether it's for a weekend across town or a month across the country. Some of us request a leave-of-absence from our employers so we can dedicate a month or more to an organizing campaign. The Nurse Alliance pays us for our time away from work and for all our travel and expenses.
