Indiana Democrats Victorious In Halting Anti-Worker Legislation

Great news for Indiana's working families came late in the day Monday, as Indiana House Democrats finally returned to the state from Illinois after 36 days of successfully halting multiple bills that would have decreased wages, slashed funding for public schools and silenced our voices in the workplace. The ending to the standoff marked it as one of the longest in Indiana's and the nation's legislative history.
