Raising America with Good Jobs

Justice For Janitors

We are 150,000 union janitors and our goal is to raise industry standards by fighting for fair pay, healthcare, respect, and the freedom to join a union.

Through our national, community-based campaign─Justice for Janitors─we work in collaboration with workers, organizations, policymakers, and more to create good jobs for everyone─Asian, white, Black, brown immigrant, and native-born.

And we’re just getting started! Stand with janitors, help get #JusticeForJanitors with good jobs.
