A United Maine: Maine People's Alliance and Our Health Care Stories

Ever wonder what the state of health care in Maine looks like?

On Saturday, August 29 at noon, in Augusta, you're invited to find out.

RSVP to see the state of Maine's health care unveiled here:

MPA has been collecting stories from the victims of our broken health care system from all over Maine and on Saturday we'll be making those stories known to our elected representatives, the media, and the entire state.

Join us for the creation of the United Maine map, a giant visual representation of the state of health care in Maine. Thousands of Mainers from every county have contributed their personal mementos, like hospital bracelets, bills and photographs, as well as their own stories to help illustrate the dire need for health care reform.

Please join us for the unveiling of the map and a rally in support of a public option and real health care reform.

When: Saturday, August 29 - 12 noon
Where: St. Paul's Center, 136 State Street, Augusta

I'll look forward to seeing you there.
