youliecap.jpgSouth Carolina Rep. Joe Wilson is really embracing his newfound stardom as Heckler-in-Chief.

So what's Wilson's latest outburst? Slamming the Employee Free Choice Act to a corporate group fighting the bill.

Here's what Wilson said:

I am opposed to the misnamed Employee Free Choice Act because it all but eliminates an employee's right to a secret ballot and would require the government to step in between an employer and their employees to impose binding arbitration. It would be a clear detriment to job creation and a roadblock to reform.

I believe this legislation is bad for employers and employees alike and should be put aside altogether.

I have heard from individuals in the Second Congressional District who believe we need to protect the rights of our employees and that includes the right to a secret ballot. They understand how this legislation would damage job creation and hurt an economic recovery.

To his credit, the transcript appears to reflect Wilson's ability to keep his cool and not shout during the interviewer's questioning. That said, Wilson couldn't be more wrong on the issues (not that you're surprised about that).

First, even the Wall Street Journal knows the Employee Free Choice Act doesn't take away the secret ballot. It's a thoroughly debunked falsehood to which Wilson desperately clings, much like his incorrect, inappropriate initial outburst in Congress.

Second, South Carolina stands to greatly benefit from the Employee Free Choice Act: in just one year, $130 million would flow into the state's economy to benefit more than 50,000 working men and women.

But just as Wilson stands in the way of health insurance reform, he's opposed to leveling the playing field for South Carolinians struggling in our economy against corporate greed.

When will Joe Wilson wake up and realize it'll be best for South Carolina and the rest of the country if he returns to his back bench seat and just stays quiet? The stakes are big in Congress, and Wilson's wrongheaded deceptions have no place.

I hope Joe Wilson never sits down, I hope he keeps speaking out because you people at SEIU are crazy. You put a man in the whitehouse who is a communist. And you cry about corporate greed.......I wonder how many SEIU members know how much money you took from thier dues and donated to Obamas campaign? $35,155,663 million in 2008. Not to mention your affiliation with ACORN! And the imbesselment cover up of one of your founders "Radke". No I hope the true Americans in this country wake up and shut organizations like you down because all you are is an "organized crime" corporation.

Thank you TexasLady for speaking the truth. I live in the Northeast and support EFCA. I also happen to agree with you, because you have merely presented the facts. So you see, to criticize the extremists in Washington does not automatically make someone a "union buster."

Rep. Wilson is living proof of the socialist attack on free speech (let's see if SEIU leaves up this posting). I've only caught Glenn Beck's show once--the ACORN scandal that should concern all Americans--but Beck is proof positive once again of the far left's attack on free speech. By voicing an opinion that Pres. Obama is a racist, Beck was labeled a racist and a boycott of his program was launched. Why? Is is that "minorities can't be racist?" Is it wrong to question leaders in a democracy? If you are in favor of free speech, this should concern you. I have criticized and questioned a lot of people, because I think for myself. Some of them happened to be minorities, some not. Is Chris Rock "racist" for making fun of George Bush? Of coarse not.

Is Barack racist? I'm not a mind reader. I do read the newspaper, though, and have read and heard his comments on race. I say Barack is racist. Here is my case:

1. He appointed an extremist Sotomayor to the supreme court. The women flat out said that hispanic women were smarter than white men and more deserving. I'm sorry liberals, but that is a racist remark, and she made that claim publicly.

2. Sotomayor voted to give inmates the right to vote from prison. Huh? None of the other judges supported this. Doesn't prove her to be a racist, just shows that she is an extremist.

3. Sotomayor was promoted for racial reasons. Were there no moderate Hispanic women available? I can't accept that. Besides which, race should not have been a factor in her promotion.

4. Sotomayor ruled against qualified white firemen getting promoted. That is the very definition of racial discrimination. Her decision was overturned on appeal, because affirmative action is illegal.

5. Do you realize how many people she could hurt if she does have a problem with whites and men, and now is in a position to decide people's fates? Men are already discriminated against in divorce court. Barack knew all of this and chose her: a racist.

6. Reverend Jerimiah Wrong is pretty outspoken about his hatred towards white people. He is a follower of Calypso Louie Farrakhan, a bigot who is rabidly anti-white and anti-Semitic. Normal people in the mainstream avoid Farrakhan like the plague because he is so much like the kkk. Barack's father figure, his mentor, gave an award to racist Farrakhan. Rev. Wrong preaches that old "white devil" and "Jewish conspiracy" nonsense that no decent person would tolerate for five seconds, let alone twenty years. Barack did not have a father. Rev. Wriong filled that role (Barak's autobiography "Audacity of Hope" was even named after a phrase taken from a "Rev." Wrong "sermon.") Am I a "racist" for pointing this out?

7. Barack is no friend to the Jewish people. Not only does he want to evacuate Jews from their homes in the capital of the Jewish homeland: Israel (sorry anti-Semitic "liberals," but it's true), a broken promise, I might add, but he just recently honored
a notorious anti-Semite with the highest civilian medal in this country. This lady was the two year host of the UN's so-called "Conference on Racism" which was like a nazi party rally from the 1940s. It was dominated by Muslim Arab state sponsors of terror and boycotted by most western countries. Israel was singled out for the "human rights violation" of searching Arabs entering at the border. No mention was made of the tortured peoples of China, Burma, Sudan, Korea, Iran, Syria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, etc. Gee, I wonder why. Criticism of Islam was branded as "racist" in another attempt to squelch free speech. So anti-Semitic was the "conference," that caricatures of Jews were distributed as well as slander about non-existent Jewish conspiracies. Their problem with Jewish people runs beyond the MIddle East. Not only did our esteemed leader award the host with the highest civilian medal (sure she "denounced" the Jew-hating after the fact, but continued to plan and host the repeat performance), okay, not only did he honor this person, but Barack wanted to take part in the conference, going against the grain of the democratic countries who refused to attend. Eventually, he decided not to participate.

8. In his speeches, Barack ties the Israel peace process to stability in the entire Middle East, thereby blaming the Jews for the trouble, just as Hitler and Stalin blamed their failed economic policies on Jewish people. Is the conflict in Israel a factor in the regional stability? Yes. Is Israel the cause? No. The Gulf War has nothing to do with the Holy Land. If you read history, the Arabs have been annihilating each other for centuries with no outside help.

9. Barack invited the leader of Iran, the world's foremost Holocaust-denier, to the White House for a Fourth of July bbq. No other non-terrorist country would have done such a thing. That's an insult to not only Jewish people, but that is an insult to members of the human race. The UN was protested for hosting this Hitlerian tyrant because it is so offensive. So don't give me Axelrod and Emmanuel as proof positive. Emmanuel himself was involved with awarding the Nobel Peace Prize to terrorist mass murderer of women and children, Yassir Arafag.

10. A lot of Barack's friends seem to be "experts" on police brutality such as Van Jones and the Harvard Professor who got himself arrested when he confronted police officers of all different backgrounds, including his own. Police brutality is a serious issue and has to end in this country. For Barack and his friends to imply that police are out-to-get law abiding minorities is ridiculous stereotyping. There are racist cops who act like fascists, sure, but minorities are the primary beneficiaries of a strong law enforcement presence in the inner city. Most of them are there to serve and protect. Many are minorities themselves. They are doing a huge service to the decent, hard-working, family people in urban centers. A drug dealer, pimp, or street thug is a law-breaking predator, preying on his decent neighbors (sorry BIggie Smalls fans). Barack's first reaction to his friend's self-inflicted arrest was not only that the police "acted stupidly" in their performing an unpleasant job, but also that blacks and hispanics were unfairly targeted by police. The second part was left out by the liberal media in the retelling of the story. I took those remarks to mean that he suggested white cops were to blame. It's no secret that the crime rate is higher in the minority community, Good cop, bad cop, they exist to stop people from getting victimized by crime.

11. Barack is in favor of affirmative action, a quota system based on racial preference. Whether you're for the policy or not, affirmative action racially discriminates against whites, Asians, and desis. To ignore or deny this would be to fly in the face of reality. Worse yet, Barack is on record as being in favor of distributing healthcare along racial lines. To redistribute life-saving medicine and treatment based on skin color and ancestry in an attempt to right past wrongs in American history, is to take LIFE-saving healthcare away from whites, Asians, and desis.

Now ask yourself--is Barack a racist?
