- A Green Team, conceived by a public school custodian, that has dramatically reduced waste, eliminated Styrofoam trays, and raised the environmental consciousness of an entire school system and community. View here.
- A union-initiated project in Los Angeles that has shifted responsibility for stolen vehicle recovery from police to traffic officers, saving money, speeding response time, and reducing inconvenience for vehicle owners and citizens. View here.
- A Transformation Initiative within Oregon's Department of Human Services, in which frontline employees and managers are working together to make remarkable improvements in the speed and quality of client services. View here.
