Knocking Every Door: Fighting Voter Suppression in Pennsylvania #default

If Pennsylvania's voter ID law is upheld in court next week, 1.4 million Pennsylvanians could be denied their constitutional right to vote on Nov. 6. Because of new voter disenfranchisement measures like this, even regular voters might be turned away on Election Day for an error they weren't aware of prior to arriving at their polling place.

Seventy-four SEIU member political organizers (and counting) are working full-time in Pennsylvania to make sure that doesn't happen. They're ensuring voters are registered correctly at their current address, and getting new voters ready to go for Nov. 6.

Member Political Organizers Audra Traynham and Jackie Coles are working to register voters in Philadelphia.
