Every eligible voter who wants to cast a ballot has a right to do so without intimidation or threat.
Unfortunately, the ongoing effort to suppress minority voters in Ohio and other battleground states puts some voters' access to the ballot at risk.
A recent voter intimidation campaign by an anonymous funder clearly intended to suppress voter turnout in communities of color in Ohio and Wisconsin.
Now through Election Day, voters face possible obstruction by organizations like True the Vote, a tea party-affiliated group whose primary purposes are voter suppression and intimidation.
True the Vote has recruited and trained volunteers to "monitor" polling places in Ohio.
