It's Time To Rein In ICE

Apr 05, 2010 - In a speech last year, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano said that our country's immigration challenges can't be resolved through mass deportations alone. She's right, but apparently the folks at ICE who enforce our immigration laws didn't get the memo. Instead, a mid-level ICE employee issued his own memo earlier this year, outlining quotas for increasing deportations of non-criminal, tax-paying workers.
