Welcome to the SEIU Universal Careers Portal (UCP)!
The SEIU UCP was created exclusively for the staff of SEIU and participating SEIU affiliates who are looking for opportunities for mobility and new challenges in progressive organizations in the US.
We recognize that life changes, relocation, displacement, or the passion for learning and dedicating a work life to new issues can motivate staff to explore new opportunities in progressive organizations.
We have developed the UCP as a tool to encourage you to apply your skills to opportunities within SEIU, or with organizations that share our values. We are encouraging all SEIU locals and our allies to submit their job openings for posting on the UCP along with International Union jobs.
The advantages for the user are:
- a single site that aggregates opportunities with social movement organizations;
- in some cases users will get early notice of openings;
- many of the jobs posted here can be applied for directly from the site.
Hiring organizations will have the advantage of knowing that applications submitted through the SEIU UCP will be coming from people who are experienced, who have developed skills at SEIU and are committed to doing work that improves workers lives and their communities.
